Lady Lou

I'm still pining over having to pack away this sweet little outfit now that Leah's taken that big step into the 6-12 month section (lump in my throat). I luuuuuuv South African designer Lou Harvey's creations and would have toted one of her nappy bags around town if I'd spyed them before we did our big baby shop. I'd give her the eating set if she wasn't so tempted to fling it on the floor and if I can get my hands on one of the lunch packets, Leah and I will be packing our snacks in it and lunching in style down at the park (maybe we'll get her dad a blokes one too ;-) ) Anyway, back to the outfit...

This roomy polka dot onesie, screamed "I'm a gorgeous girl!" to everyone who saw our little baldie and gave her plenty of freedom to kick back and kick her legs. She looked like a little marshmallow!

Leah Goes to Hollywood

No, not the Hollywood where babies have five nannies, Dolce & Gabbana diapers and paparazzos zooming in on their every dribble. Okay, there were a few (hundred) snaps taken, but this little lady's far more down to earth, and spent her first holiday on a farm in the hills of Hollywood, Ireland.

In the comfort of her personal sling, Leah went blackberry (that would be the fruit) picking, and explored the beautiful gardens of Powerscourt Palace...

Met her many Murphy and Mooney cousins, aunts and uncles...

Felt a cool breeze on her chubby little cheeks for the first time...

Chilled out with mum and dad...

Went to the wedding of her beautiful Aunty Shaz and Uncle John...

And spent the rest of her time being smothered with cuddles.

Tough life for a two-and-a-half-month-old!
